Important news about the 2020 IPS Seminar!

Please see the letter below from Dr. Greg Knowlton, the president of IPSUSA Seminars, Inc.

April 2, 2020

To All IPS Members and Potential Seminar Attendees,

Recently I have been asked to make a statement regarding the status of the 2020 IPS Seminar scheduled for late July in Colorado Springs, CO. I understand your concerns relative to this Seminar, especially in light of the many recent cancellations and/or postponements of upcoming meetings. As with all Seminars we host, IPSUSA Seminars, Inc. makes certain financial agreements and contractual commitments with the hotel and conference center where the Seminar is to be held. In spite of the current COVID-19 pandemic and the associated travel restrictions, both foreign and domestic, IPSUSA has not been released from those commitments by the DoubleTree in Colorado Springs. For this reason, I cannot announce a cancellation of the Seminar at this time.

A preliminary schedule has been posted on websites and my IPSUSA Staff, as well as the Seminar Co-chairs, have been informed that we are going forward. We will closely monitor the World situation regarding COVID-19 and related Government mandated travel restrictions. This will ultimately determine the level of response we receive relative to submission of papers and registrations for the Seminar. If nothing changes with respect to travel restrictions by the end of May, it is unlikely that we will have enough registrations and papers submitted to go forward. At that time, I will make an official Seminar cancellation statement on behalf of IPSUSA Seminars, Inc. At this point, and as this all plays out, I ask for your patience and understanding and I hope that you will all stay healthy. The World and the IPS will survive COVID-19.

Sincerely yours,

Dr. Greg Knowlton

President, IPSUSA Seminars, Inc.
